Chances of getting into University of California Irvine?

Your GPA is good but your ACT is low. However if you were a resident you could probably get into Irvine. USC is a private school and is extremely expensive. You have a chance there. If you really mean U of SF you can get in there but not UCSF which is a graduate school. Berkeley is out of your range and San Diego is a maybe but doubtful. All of these are for in state students. However, even if your family is moving to California you will be considered an out of state student until you family has been in California for a full year. California universities need money and they have opened the enrollment for out of state students and is now 18% and will probably go to 20%. It depends on what the competition is for out of state students, but if you get a decent SAT you have a good chance for Irvine.

He has never done more than a light complaint right after, he hardly complains at all, unless he is really confiding something big, or in writing. But, I walked in on him the other day, and he was crying, with a throwing knife against his throat. He told me it wasn't going to be then, but he is really that sick of it, and to leave the matter alone. Now, once you have those figures, pick a shaft brand and model you like, head to the manufacturer's website and look around for a spine chart. Different manufacturer produce their charts using different assumptions. If going with Easton, it has been my experience to take whatever the chart tell you and go one spine weaker. So if the chart says to get with group T4, take T3 instead. Other manufacturer, like Carbon Express, seem to be more spot on for me with their assumptions.

NBA PS3 game messed up after move?

If I were purchasing it I wouldn't spend more than $200 at the most. Mainly becuase alot of those games are not neccesarily in high demand. The hard drives help but most people wouldn't want an arcade especially since you can get a new slim xbox with 4gb hard drive for $200 with a controller AND they have wifi. Best bet would be to see how much you could get for trade-in value at a local game store or an Entertainmart type of store.

Bump/lump under knee?

I'm 17 and today I found a decently hard bump/lump (kinda soft) about the size of a quarter under my right knee. EA sports- Games and player models?!?

How to get a bullseye in archery when you aren't directly in front of target?

As long as the line through the front of your shoes intersects with the centre of the target in the standard stance, there's no disadvantage to being slightly off the perpendicular line. In many competitions, two archers would be shooting on the same target side by side at the same time. To me, four archers shooting simultaneously per target indoors would be a reasonable limit. Beyond that you should get extra targets or alternate shooing, as my concern is not whether you can hit the centre but the possibility of damaging the arrow because it is hitting the target at a significant angle.

Why do the notches on my arrows keep breaking?

I have been shooting in my backyard archery range for a while now and I have gone through at least half a dozen arrows in a week because the notch on the back which holds the arrow in place keeps snapping off or exploding when it hits something. Anyone got any ideas to help prevent this?

Why do I feel like I need a change and do I really need a change?

I am an incoming Sophomore and I feel isolated around people who are around my age. I don't dress like super feminine, I wear skinny jeans with vans and a really basic top but I feel like I should change the way I dress to fit in more and be like one of the normal teenage girls out there. About 2 weeks ago I started doing archery again after about a month. The next day when i moved i felt sharp stabbing pains in the middle of my back on the left side. How to Variate Draw Weight on a Recurve Bow?

I bought a bow a while a go with the intention to teach myself archery, however I never got round to it. However a few weeks a go I started archery again and learnt the different draw lengths/weights, I personally don't want to buy another bow but I have come to learn the one I bought was too heavy for me (32 draw weight). This is on my takedown recurve bow, I am just wondering if I can just replace somemething on my bow in order to reduce the draw weight as I don't really know what causes the bow it's draw weight, I assume it is the limb however I just wanted to make sure.

I don't know what to do with my skin! What the heck is wrong with it and how do I fix it?

I don't even know if my skin is dry or dehydrated at this point - or both? It feels very tight/dry after I wash my face or take a shower. It's not flaky or white. I have a mild rosacea so the extreme dryness or dehydration really irritates it. I use a serum which helps but it's not enough, and when I put moisturizer on my face, especially where the rosacea is, gets really shiny. I HATE mascara. It always made my eyelashes fall out when I took it off (and since I have thin lashes, it didn't help that). I heard that waterproof mascara does this...also I wear contacts and I heard not to wear waterproof mascara cause it isn't good with contacts... Anyway, when I would take it off (with lotion), it always got some off but not all of it. I closed my eyes when I took it off and so it wouldn't directly get all the mascara off... And it really bothered me... And all make-up removers I've tried have been really oily and irritated the skin around my eyes. So is there a way to get all the mascara off so that when I wake up in the morning my eyelashes aren't crispy??? Ever since I stopped wearing mascara my eyelashes stopped falling out and they're longer and softer and AWESOME. But I want the look of mascara. Without the mascara. And no fake lashes. Help with a compound bow rest?

Now I just bought a 2011 bowtech assassin and it has the hostage rest on it. Well i have shot a few different arrows through it and maid shure that the vanes were correctly lined up with the rest but the arrows still do not shoot correctly. How to stand out in an online job application?

So, I'm trying to get a job in an outdoors store, they sell all kinds of hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, etc things. The job I really wanted to get was in the archery range, I go to their range to shoot every day I'm not working, so about 3 times a week since they opened the range in early November. People in that area of the store know me well, and when a job opened up I decided to apply. My problem is that the only way you can apply is online, and I just cannot seem to get a job there, even in other store areas. I'm super qualified for the archery range position, even though I'm only 18 years old, I've been shooting for about 8 or 9 years. And what things I don't know, I want to learn. This wouldn't be just another job, this is my passion, it's what I do for the rest of my life. This job is my dream job. But, they filled the archery position, and I didn't even get an interview. So now I'm trying to apply for other positions in the store in hopes that eventually I can transfer to archery when a position opens up. But I'm having no luck. The frustrating thing is that if I applied in person, people working there would recognize who I am and I feel I would have a much better chance of getting the job. But it's all online, and they have several job openings, but I just can't get an interview. It's not this is my first job either, I have job experience. They say they keep your application for 90 days, and I've applied twice since March. Could anyone please give me some advice on how to stand out in an online application? Working in an archery pro shop like theirs is my dream job, archery is my life and my passion, it wouldn't be just another "job" for me. I just don't know how to convey that online.
