Really soft horror movie needed?

My girlfriend doesn't like to watch horror movies because she's scared, but she will watch some with me. Obviously I'm not gonna choose the scariest movie imaginable, I want to watch with her a really tame horror flick and slowly move up to very scary, to desensatise her. What's a good movie to start off with?
