Easy/cheap way to win in madden 11 against friends?

I played my friends this week and they were the giants and I was the falcons. All they did was freaking blitzed against me and I could only pass it to gonzalas. But they later figured out to cover him. Then I was screwed. And now I'm playing them later this week and I need to beat them. I need to win with a good team. I don't care WHO it is. Any team that's cheap, good, and has a strong line that has more than 5 o-line men to block. Thanks
