How can i keep my curls throughout the day?

use hair rollers after you shower and keep them in overnight. or when you're curling your hair with and iron spray it while its still wrapped around the iron because whenever i spray my curls that came from an iron they used to fall out when they got sprayed. use heat protectant spray!!
