What's the different between Kyudo and our form of Archery?

Also, if you can add, in Kyudo, do you HAVE to let your left hand be the bowhand? Just wondering, haven't tried Archery, but want to be knowledgeable. Since I am left handed. Is there also a significant different between left and right handers?
