Is this good enough to get into The University of Pennsylvania?
Maybe. It's hard to predict someone's chances after only one year of high school. Heck, it's hard to predict someone's chances even after they apply, those schools have many qualified applicants and can afford to be selective. Keep up the good grades, add a standout extracurricular (the ones you have are fine, but many applicants play and excel in sports), take on leadership roles, and you will be a qualified applicant. If you really want to go to one of those schools, you should consider running cross country or track at the college level. Recruited athletes have lower (but still high) standards for acceptance.
