What is there to do at the Los Angeles Renaissance Fair?

I went to a renaissance fair on the east coast all the time as a child. I've never been to this one. Beyond the park entrance, what is there to do? Specifically, what does not cost additional money? Do the games like archery cost extra? Are there shows like sword swallowing, bird shows, and the human chess games of my old ren fair? Thanks.
