You are both immature and behaving in a foolish manner. Stop hitting and throwing things at one another. As the oldest you should stop. If she hits or kicks you just scream as loud as you can. Do not hit back. especially if you are in public do not hit her, just scream and cry. If she is responsible for creating a few scenes your parent will get her in line.
