Help I have trouble with bragging?

It seems like every time I try to tell someone about my day they say its bragging :(. Whether its acing my math final, getting on varsity baseball as a freshman, being top of archery class, running a 5:30 mile everyone says Im bragging! WTF its like I cant talk about my day without being accused of having an ego. How can I stop being accused of bragging?
