Why Cant I get an agent?!?

I'm not quite sure how it works in the UK, but right now I have a good friend who moved out to Los Angelos to chase an acting career. He's doing pretty well. Are you trying to just be a theatre actress or are you trying to get into film? Try doing some independent movies. Also, not gonna lie, my friend tells me anybody who's going to be a success in show business never can do it with their own talents. You're gonna have to know someone, or catch a lucky break by being in the right place at the right time. Just keep going and get your name out there. Do things that may seem different for you to do.
