Yu-Gi-Oh: Help Building a Toon Deck?

I used to be very interested in Yu-Gi-Oh back in the early 2000s. I still have tons of cards left over. I want to throw away most of them, but just keep a few important ones. Basically, I just want to make one deck to keep and throw, or give, away the rest. So I want a toon deck almost exactly like Pegasus'. I have every toon card, but my big question is: should I add the non toon cards to the deck? For example, I have Toon Mermaid, but should I also include Red Archery Girl? Or Summoned Skull, Ryu-Ran, Blue-Eyes, etc... Thanks. :)
