I have a 3 day old chick that is eating and drinking but appears to be bloated with a soft tummy, she also sha?

My chick is bloated with a soft tummy but is eating and drinking, she also shakes her head one shake here and there like something is on her head that is bugging her, she doesn't do the shake thing constantly. She doesn't seem to have any other symptons, no discharge anywhere or anything. Does anyone know if I should be worried?
